for the opening, I wanted to experiment with giving this scene a warmer tone to it by using the colour settings depicted in the image below. Using the colour wheel and the saturation tool I was able to successfully give this scene a much warmer hue than previously, if I combine it with the flashback as the opening, this contrast between the two would have been clear. Signifying the calm before the conflict that had been shown to the audience prior.
